Shannon has always been a country girl at heart. Growing up on 5 acres in Mississippi doesn’t seem very big, but to a 10 year old that land invited freedom, creativity and hours of amusement. Being in the kitchen has always been a creative outlet for her, seeing cooking as a release not a burden. A joy not a job.

Shannon began creating gourmet biscuits during the 2014 holiday season as a way to bless the people in her life. Word spread quickly and soon she was getting up at 4AM to prepare orders for pickup. After that successful season, Shannon began creating new flavors. There were many days she couldn’t write fast enough as the ideas flowed from her sweet biscuit heart. Shannon tested a s’mores biscuit, a 3 cheese bacon artichoke biscuit, and a snickers biscuit with caramel glaze. Each biscuit carries its own look and personality and every one of them are filled with passion.
